A New PR...

More to come later (when I have access to my Garmin), but finally broke the 6 minute/mile barrier in the marathon this weekend with a 2:36:13. Was fairly comfortable the entire way, but am really sore this morning.

I'll write up a full report tomorrow.

Wow, congratulations, now that is fast! To take over 2 minutes off an already fast PR is very impressive!

HOLY CRAP! Where did that come from?! Last I read your plans were "up in the air" and then you drop 2 minutes off your PR!?!

Way to go!

Limp today with pride!

Oh yeah!!! What's it like on the good side of 2:37? Does the world have a pink-ish hue?

You've seriously earned this with the last few years of training, and I'm glad to see it happen for you.

That's crazy! Nice run, Greg. Did we know you were planning a marathon any time soon? The last post definitely indicated you were fit for a fast one. Congratulations!
